أما بعد: فهذه مجالس لشهر رمضان المبارك تستوعب كثيرآ من أحكام الصيام والقيام والزكاة وما يناسب المقام في هذا الشهر الفاضل» رتبتها على مجالس يومية أو ليلية انتخبت كثيراً من خطبها من كتاب فرة العيون المبصرة بتلخيص كتاب التبصرة» مع تعديلي ما يحتاج إلى تعديله؛ وأكثرت فيها من ذكر الأحكام والآداب
لحاجة الناس إلى ذلك. وسميته: «مجالس شهر رمضان". وقد سبق أن طبع عدة مرات» ثم بدا لي أن أعلق عليه بصفة مختصرة» وتخريج أحاديثه»؛ وإضافة ما رأيته محتاجا إلى إضافة؛ وحذف ما رأيته مستغنى عنه؛ وهو يسير لا يخل بمقصود الكتاب، أسأل الله تعالى أن يجعل عملنا خالصا لله 3 وأن ينفع به إنه جواد كريم .

Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Othaimeen “Al-Wahaibi Al-Tamimi” “Abu Abdullah” (March 9, 1929 - January 11, 2001). A scholar, jurist and exegete, an imam, preacher, and university professor, a member of the Council of Senior Scholars, a teacher of Sharia sciences, and a Saudi preacher, born in Unaizah in the Qassim region. He recited the Noble Qur’an to his grandfather on his mother’s side, Abd al-Rahman bin Suleiman al-Damgh; So he memorized it, then turned to seeking knowledge and learning calligraphy, arithmetic, and some arts of literature.
He learned the Qur’an with his maternal grandfather “Abd al-Rahman bin Suleiman al-Damgh”, then he learned writing and some literature and arithmetic, joined a school and memorized the Qur’an at an early age, as well as the abbreviations of texts in hadith and jurisprudence. Abdul Rahman bin Nasser Al-Saadi had arranged for his senior students to teach the beginner students, and among them was Muhammad bin Abdul Aziz Al-Mutawa, so Al-Uthaymeen joined his circle.
After studying monotheism, jurisprudence and grammar, he sat in the circle of Abd al-Rahman bin Nasser al-Saadi, and he studied on him in interpretation, hadith, monotheism, jurisprudence and its origins, statutes and grammar.
