The Iraqi writer Ali Badr was born in Baghdad / Eastern Karada 1964. Bachelor's degree in French literature 1985. Between 1985 and 1991 he performed military service, half of which was spent in the Iran-Iraq war. After that, he entered specialized courses in the verification and repair of manuscripts at the National Manuscripts House in Baghdad 1992.
