Plastic surgery

Plastic surgery is the surgeries that are performed for functional or aesthetic purposes. In the simple sense, it is to restore harmony and balance to a part of the body by restoring the appropriate beauty standards for this part. The origin of the word plastic comes from the Greek word plastikos, which is a verb to “mold” or “shape” and therefore it is not related to plastic, as some might think.
