Before his death, he was residing in Makkah Al-Mukarramah and a university professor at Umm Al-Qura University. He is considered a prominent intellectual and kinetic sign for the contemporary Islamic movement. He is the author of important books that establish contemporary Islamic thought from an Islamic epistemological standpoint, contrary to Western epistemology.
