Ahmed Al-Qadi: An Egyptian engineer and writer, he graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University in 1994, and completed his postgraduate studies at the American University in Cairo. He began publishing his writings through his blog “Ya Marakibi” in 2006, which talks about a state of alienation inside and outside the homeland. He has published two collections of short stories and three novels, including "Always Another Woman", "Seven Hours" and "Nour Kashif", and "Manicure" is the author's latest publication.
