Book Description
John Reed
John Reed (journalist) (1887-1920) was an American journalist, poet, writer, and screenwriter. Born in Portland, Oregon. He died in Moscow of typhus. He was buried in the Kremlin wall in appreciation of his creativity in documenting the events of the Russian October Revolution in 1917. Among his most important books is the book (10 Days That Shook the World), in which he described the outbreak of the October Socialist Revolution in Russia, while he was there at the time. This book is considered the most important source and reference for the events of that revolution that brought the socialist system for the first time in history.
