Abdullah Thabet is a Saudi poet and novelist. He was born in the Asir region on March 6, 1973. He is considered one of the active young authors in the Arab and local arena, after the publication of his important work (The Terrorist 20). Which has been translated into French and Norwegian. He published a number of poetry collections, such as: Al-Hatak, Al-Nubayat, Haram, cv, and finally his collection: Kitab Al-Wahsha. In addition to the novel "The Sleeping Face", he writes a weekly corner for Al-Watan newspaper, which is the first corner to be published in a paper newspaper and relies on providing readers with links to websites, most notably YouTube. He participated in many local, Arab and international poetry evenings, won many local and international awards, and won the Al-Muftaha Award in 2004 for his poem (maybe he said it).
