الخطورة في الحياة النفسية تأتي من الصرع اللاشعوري ،الذي يجعل التطاحن الداخلي يتحول إلى أنواع من الشذوذ يظهر معظمها في صورة قلق وضيق أو تعطل في بعض الوظائف الجسمية ، وبعض مواقف التكيف الاجتماعي.. هذا النوع من الصراع الخفي يحتاج إلى بحث على يدرس أسبابه ،ويحدد مظاهره وآثاره ويحتاج إلى بينة علمية تنير له الطرق . إن أهم ما يراد الوصول إليه من وراء هذا البحث هو الإشارة إلى الربط بين العوامل النفسية والجسمية والاجتماعية فيما يرجع إلى الصراع النفسي، فإن الكثير من الأطباء يغفلون النواحي النفسية والاجتماعية في تشخيص بعض الأمراض المزمنة التي لا تؤثر فيها المركبات الكيميائية ا، لتي قد تخفي علامة المرض دون أن تقضي على سببه الأصلي.

Dr. Abou Madian al-Shafi'i a modern Algerian pioneer psychologist Abstract Dr. Abou Madian al-Shafi'i was one of the high profile Algerian pioneer psychologists in the modern history. He was one of the first Algerian students who got the PhD in psychology in Cairo in 1947. He got his PhD after a long and exhausting journey from Tlmecen (Algeria), Morocco, Italy and to Egypt. He made this journey, to make his successful graduation, in the age of seventeen when the French colonization wouldn’t have let him do so in Algeria. After getting his PhD, he was appointed a teacher of psychology in the Egyptian university, and then he opened his clinic where he was killed by an Egyptian Jewish in 1958. Dr. Abou Madian contributed a lot in serving the Algerian situation. He left a valuable legacy of many researches, articles and science books which many of are considered teaching sources in the Egyptian, Iraqi and Shami universities.
