Ahmed Al-Muslimani
Ahmed Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Muslimani (September 23, 1970), an Egyptian journalist and media writer, is currently presenting the first edition program after returning to Dream Channel again to present it. Previously, he was the media advisor to the interim Egyptian President, Adly Mansour.
Al-Maslamani was born in Basyoun Center, Gharbia Governorate, and graduated from the Department of Political Science at the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University in 1992. He worked for many years. He was the head of the Student Union at the level of the Basyoun Educational Administration during middle school. Then he was the head of the Gharbia Governorate Students’ Union during high school, and he assumed the chairmanship of the cultural committee in the Faculty of Economics and Political Science Students’ Union during his undergraduate studies. During that time, he received multiple awards and certificates of appreciation, as he won the title of ideal student at the level of Gharbia governorate during high school. The title of ideal student at the level of university cities in Egypt during university studies, and the Faculty of Economics and Political Science awarded him the “College Shield” after winning the first place at the level of the Republic in cultural activity for the year 1991. Then he traveled to the Kingdom of Morocco as part of the student delegation to Egypt after winning the award for the best essay politician at the level of Egyptian universities in the summer of 1991.
Al-Maslamani joined to work as an assistant researcher at the Center for Political and Strategic Studies in Al-Ahram under the nomination of Dr. Hassan Nafaa, Professor of International Organization, and Dr. Ahmed Youssef Ahmed, Professor of International Relations at the college.
He participated in writing parts of the Arab strategic report issued by the Center for Political Studies during most of the nineties. He also contributed to editing a number of academic books on Egyptian politics and on the Arab-Israeli conflict. The writer has hundreds of articles in Al-Ahram, Al-Masry Al-Youm and Al-Wafd newspapers, and many articles in Arab newspapers, most notably the London-based Al-Hayat.
Ajmal conducted a legitimate analysis through the “First Edition” program, which began broadcasting in the summer of 2008 on the second Dream Channel, and the number of its viewers inside and outside Egypt is estimated at more than thirty million viewers.
