Muhammad Ratib Al-Nabulsi is a famous Islamic figure, one of the contemporary religious scholars, and the head of the Qur’anic miracle commission. He has written many books and participated in many international conferences. He also gives religious lessons in mosques in Syria. He was born in 1938 AD, and his lineage ends with the companion Omar Ibn Al-Khattab. He studied elementary, preparatory and secondary schools in Damascus schools, and then joined the Faculty of Arts, Department of Arabic Language at Damascus University, and graduated from the university in 1964 AD, where he obtained a BA in Arabic language arts and sciences, and also obtained a diploma in educational qualification, and then obtained a master’s degree in Arts Finally, he obtained a PhD in Education from the University of Dublin in Ireland in 1999, and the subject of his study was "Educating Children in Islam". He sought religious and legal knowledge early in his life, so he needed the lessons of religious and forensic science for a number of Damascus scholars, where he studied interpretation, hadith, jurisprudence, biography, and statutes, and obtained an Islamic license in the narration of the noble hadith. He worked in the field of university education, at the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus, for nearly thirty years. He studies the subject of scientific miracles in the Qur’an and Sunnah in the faculties of Sharia and Fundamentals of Religion and supervises the Nahj al-Islam magazine issued by the Ministry of Awqaf in the Syrian Arab Republic. He participated in many Islamic conferences in many Arab, foreign and eastern countries, and gave many religious lectures and had a wide presence.
