Prior to founding his company Brian Tracy International in 1984 in Vancouver, Canada of which he was Chairman and CEO. The company provides advice on leadership, selling, self-esteem, goals, strategy, creativity and the psychology of success. The company is headquartered in Bankers Hill, San Diego, California.
