Maximilian Karl Emil Weber (April 21, 1864 - June 14, 1920) was a German economist and political scientist, one of the founders of modern sociology and the study of public administration in state institutions, who came up with the definition of bureaucracy, and his most famous work is the book The Protestant Ethics and the Spirit of Capitalism as This is his most important founding work in religious sociology, in which he pointed out that religion is a non-exclusive factor in the development of culture in Western and Eastern societies, and in his famous work, “Politics as a Profession,” he defined the state: as the entity that monopolizes the legitimate use of natural force, and this definition became pivotal in Study politics.
