Stephen Hawking a life in science

When Stephen Hawking was involved in a minor road accident in downtown Cambridge in early 1991, AmericanTV networks were on the phone with his publisher Bantam, within twelve hours, to get low on the story. The fact that he only suffered minor injuries and returned to his office within days is not relevant. But then anything about Stephen Hawking is worth posting. This would never have happened to any other world in the world. Aside from the fact that physicists are seen as somewhat different from other humans, who exist outside the normal patterns of human life, there is no other scientist alive like Stephen Hawking.
