Married, father of 5 children (Sarko, Ivette, Marcela, Ricardo and Alejan-dro), 50 years old, Ricardo Pacheco Marambio adds to that descent his great love and passion for cooking. Son of Luis Pacheco and grandson of his namesake, Ricardo Pacheco, he has put regional cuisine in a great place and has projected it internationally. ; Although € is an auditing accountant by profession, a "lover of good food", as he defines himself, his great career is related to innovation in regional cuisine. Self-taught by nature, he has completed advanced studies at Fundación Chile, and other courses and seminars on culinary art. He has won 28 gastronomic awards at the regional and national level, in just one decade (1989 -1999).
