Book Description
In Einstein's theory of gravitation matter and its dynamical interaction are based on the notion of an intrinsic geometric structure of the space -time continuum. The ideal aspiration, the ultimate aim, of the theory is not more and spacetime is any mathematical model which fuses the three dimensions of space and the one dimension of time into a single four-dimensional manifold. Spacetime diagrams can be used to visualize relativistic effects, such as why different observers perceive differently where and when events occur.
Irwin Schrodinger
Erwin Schrödinger: A famous Austrian physicist, one of the most prominent scientists in the field of theoretical physics. He won the 1933 Nobel Prize in Physics, along with physicist Paul Dirac. He gained wide fame thanks to his many contributions in the field of quantum mechanics, and held several academic positions in reputable universities before joining the University of Zurich, where he graduated from the Institute of Studies in 1921. Among his most important publications are "Statistical Thermodynamics" and "The Structure of Spacetime".
