Book Description

Tupper Mills is a genetic disaster, a monster who has been kicked out of every pack she's belonged to. The Swift River Pack is the end of the line for her. If she can't figure out how to get along and submit to the Alpha, she'll be put down.
Jake Linton is risking his entire pack by bringing a ticking time-bomb into their midst, but he of all werewolves knows what has made Tupper the way she is. He'll need to do all he can to make her submit to him, because the price for failure is her death.
But when hunters targeting shifters bring a war to the pack's compound, Jake realizes that a monster might be what they need. Together, he and Tupper might be able to save their pack. And together they might find there's more between them than they'd ever hoped for.

Author portrait of Debra Dunbar

Debra Dunbar

Born in The United States.
Debra lives on a farm in Maryland with Sweetie, three sons, and a Noahs ark of four legged family members. She has a corporate job during the day, and writes novels at night, after the kids are tucked in bed. She drives an old PT Cruiser, couldnt carry a tune if you duct taped it to her back, and enjoys an occasional cosmopolitan (heavy on the vodka). On a good day, she jogs and horseback rides, hopefully managing to keep the horse between herself and the ground. Her only known super power is Identify Roadkill.
