He was born in Mersin in 1972.
He spent his childhood in Istanbul-Erenkoy.
His first enthusiasm for literature began to awaken with the mysterious and dark humor-filled story books his mother gave him.
He left his education at Bilkent University in 1994 and turned to literature. He has always loved living abroad, in distant and mysterious countries.
He won the Beyan Publications First Novels Award in 2002 with his work called The Call of Darkness, which is the first product of literary studies in the field of novel.
His second novel, Shadows, was published in 2004. His third novel, The Night of the Thousand Years, followed in 2005. He made his main debut in 2009 with Siege 1453. Siege 1453, which attracted great interest from historical novel readers, especially .
