He studied at the College of Sharia, and was one of the first batches there, beginning with the academic year (1947) and graduated in 1952. He obtained a master's degree at the Sharia College in Baghdad for his thesis titled (Provisions of the Apostate in Islamic Sharia: A Comparative Study) and its supervisor was one of the college professors. From Egypt, Sheikh Muhammad Abd al-Rahim al-Kashki, and the University of Baghdad agreed to print and publish the letter at its expense. He obtained a doctorate in Islamic sciences from Cairo University, 139 studied at the Faculty of Sharia, and was among the first batch in it, beginning with the academic year (1947) and graduated in 1952. He received a master’s degree at the Faculty of Sharia in Baghdad for his thesis entitled (Provisions of the Apostate in Islamic Sharia). : A comparative study) and its supervisor was one of the college professors from Egypt, Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Rahim Al-Kishki, and the University of Baghdad agreed to print and publish the thesis at its expense. He received a doctorate in Islamic sciences from Cairo University, 1392 AH - 1972 AD. His thesis entitled "The behavior of the patient is a disease of death in Sharia and law."
