Heiteros: He is "Rachel Djelloul", a young writer and novelist, born in 1994 in Algeria, graduated from the hydrocarbons college at the University of Algiers, showed interest in literature and art from the beginning, and established an association for those interested in these arts in his hometown; "a happy state". He chose for himself the title "Heiteros" in relation to the famous Greek group Heitaros that taught people art and beauty. This was reflected in his writings through which he tries to convey the meanings of beauty, literature and art to the largest number of people.
