He is the editor-in-chief of the magazine (Inanna), which is about women. Some of his stories have been translated into English, Dutch, French, Italian and Syriac. A member of the Iraqi Writers Union, a member of the Arab Writers Union, a member of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate, and a lifelong honorary member of the Numan House for Lebanese Culture.
