Abu Abdullah Al-Zanjani Books

Abu Abdullah Al-Zanjani: One of the most prominent Iranian Islamic scholars in the modern era. Abu Abdullah bin Nasrallah Al-Zanjani was born in Zanjan in 1891 AD to a family famous for its knowledge and for fighting sedition. His father, "Nasrallah," held the title "Sheikh of Islam," the highest rank in the religious scholarly body in his city. He received his initial education in his hometown at the hands of his teacher, "Ibrahim Al-Zanjani"; Where he studied philosophy, theology, and astronomy, and after completing his studies, he moved to Tehran to complete his studies, but he soon left with his older brother “Fadlallah” to Iraq, and lived in the city of “Najaf”, and received his education at the hands of the senior sheikhs and scholars of this city , such as: “Kazim al-Yazdi”, “Abu al-Hasan al-Isfahani”, “Dia al-Din al-Iraqi” and others. After obtaining the rank of ijtihad in religious sciences, he returned to Zanjan again, and shortly afterwards he traveled to perform the Hajj. During his travels, he visited Syria, Palestine and Egypt, and met the leading scholars of these countries. He studied interpretation and philosophy in Iran at the College of Reasonable and Munqool "College of Sharia" for four years, and for one year at the Institute of Teacher Training. After he finished his studies, he was elected as a correspondent member of the Arab Scientific Academy in Damascus. His books include: “Translation of Mawla Sadr al-Din al-Shirazi,” “History of the Qur’an,” “On the Social Sciences of the Qur’an,” “A Message on the Necessity of the Hijab,” “A Message on Sufism,” “Ideas,” and “Islam and Europeans.” and others. Abu Abdullah Al-Zanjani died in Tehran in 1941, after suffering a heart attack.
