Abdul Rashid Hemisi bin Ali. Born 07 01 1984. In the municipality of Hassi Khalifa, El Oued Province, Algeria. His educational path was in the elementary school of the martyr Khattab Abdel Karim in 1990, then the Maqa Ammar middle school, then the Houari Boumediene High School in Hassi Khalifa. He graduated from El-Wadi University in 2007 with a BA in Arabic language and literature, and a master's degree in Arabic literature from Setif University in 2012. He received a doctorate from Mohamed Lakhdar University in Batna in 2018. He holds the position of Lecturer (A) at El Wadi University, Department of Arabic Language and Literature. His and his novel "What the Soul Desires", which won the National Prize for Fiction in Algeria in December 2016, for the Association of Thought and Creativity competition. He has a critical workbook entitled: Text and Footnote. And several articles in refereed journals. A collection of short stories entitled "Season of Pain" won the Golden Hump Award 2019. His novel (The Atheist - Baqi Bin Yaqzan-) won the Rashid International Prize for Creativity. His novel is ready to be printed. Participated in several international and national forums. He supervised several competitions in the story (The Distinguished Club Competition, The Step Club Competition, The Heritage and Authenticity Club Competition.).
